Enjoy a family friendly Halloween during daylight hours.  Costumed trick or treaters can walk through the Fair Oaks Theatre Festival garden in Old Fair Oaks. The Rotary Club will be on hand to distribute free, new or gently-used, age-appropriate books to the lucky children who attend.
