Meet the Founder
Writing has always been a passion. Fair Oaks has always been home.
Chrysti Tovani is a writer, photographer, storyteller, and community connector with decades of experience in journalism, marketing, design, and real estate. She created I Love Fair Oaks in 2009 to preserve the community’s spirit while helping local businesses become more visible through authentic storytelling.
A thirty-six-year Fair Oaks resident, Chrysti was named Business Person of the Year by the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce in 2020 and has been voted Best of Fair Oaks three times for design and marketing. She is also a licensed REALTOR specializing in life transitions, a C.A.R. Certified Probate Property Specialist, and an SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist.
She is the author of Downsizing with Intention and is currently writing Fair Oaks Finn, a children’s book series set in the Fair Oaks village.
