The Best of Fair Oaks Awards is an annual event where citizens of the community come together to vote for their favorite local businesses. This event is a great way to support and recognize the hard work and dedication of the small businesses that make our community unique.
The awards are divided into several categories, including best restaurant, best shops, and best services. Each category has several nominees, and the winner is determined by the number of votes received.
One of the most highly anticipated categories of the Best of Fair Oaks Awards is the best restaurant category. This year, the nominees included popular local favorites such as Shangri-la Fair Oaks, Smokey Oaks Tavern and Brahma Grill. After a close vote, Dad’s was announced as the winner, much to the delight of their loyal customers. Del’s Pizza won best Pizza in Town, Fair Oaks Coffee House & Deli won best Sandwich Shop. Best bakery winner was the O’Cafe and Fair Oaks Brew Pub won best bar/pub.
