Brought to us by the Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District, Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce, and the Fair Oaks Foundation for Leisure and the Arts, with support from the Arts in California Parks Local Parks Grant Program, this is truly a community-powered celebration.
