Submission Guidelines

Location:

  • Events must take place in Fair Oaks or near Fair Oaks, CA.

Lead Time:

  • Please submit events at least two to four weeks before the event’s start date. We cannot guarantee posting for events submitted less than two weeks in advance.

Public Events:

  • Only public and inclusive events will be accepted on ILoveFairOaks.com.

Event Images:

  • To have your event featured, provide a high-quality promotional image with your listing.
  • You can upload a single image in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
  • Images must be no larger than 1 megabyte and at least 400 x 400 pixels.
  • Depending on your internet connection, the upload process may take a few minutes. Please be patient.
  • Once received, your image will be formatted for display.

For inclusion in the I Love Fair Oaks Calendar, events must take place in Fair Oaks, California or feature Fair Oaks residents. Please allow one week for your posting to be listed.
